Tis the season! Let the Christmas crafts begin!
Watercolour Christmas cards are so fun to make!

“The art class was excellent”. The instructor was very patient despite all of the unforeseen distractions. The Residents enjoyed it and “my mom loved it. Thank you for bringing this program here.” - Della Schick
“The program was really great. I enjoyed participating with my mom. I enjoy doing things like this." - Susan Derkosh
"Susan and her mother Ann were very proud of their creations and showed everyone the cards that they made. She even mentioned that one of the cards is on its way to Ann’s grand-daughter in Holland. Thank you Shanti for bringing smiles into the home." - Sianeah Goe, CapitalCare McConnell Place

Above, an oil pastel seniors project and below, some acrylic painting projects.
Scotty, a resident cat at one of the venues, joined us in the middle of a workshop and enjoyed a glass of water while we got creative with some watercolours.
I can also facilitate community art projects where we all work collaboratively. For example, everyone may paint a small heart on a canvas tile and then I put them all together to make one big painting to hang in the reception area. Or perhaps we would work on a glorious centerpiece for a special Mother's Day event.
Please contact me to find out more, if you're interested in having me run some art classes at your facility.
I love how everyone's artwork is always so unique!
